MEDICAL BILLING & COLLECTIONS:
- Eligible billing submitted by ABC within 2 business days of receipt.
- Eligible claims submitted electronically or on Paper (CMS1500 or CMS1450/UB92/04) as necessary.
- Successful Submission and Rejected Claims Reports reviewed immediately; Rejected claims are reviewed, corrected and then resubmitted as soon as possible. Our system immediately confirms successful electronic submissions & any rejected claims, which are then corrected and resubmitted as soon as possible.
- Patient balances billed monthly.
- All Payments for Claims and Patient Accounts posted by ABC within 2 business days of receipt. This ensures accurate AR (accounts receivable) balances, timely action for the next step in the process, and proper financial records for your practice.
- Denied claims are reviewed thoroughly by our staff. When necessary we contact your office for additional information to satisfy the denial. Once a claim has been corrected it is resubmitted as soon as possible. Our review processes is documented which allows us to help your office reduce future denials as well as your DSOs (days service outstanding).
- ABC applies specific, aggressive and unique techniques for follow up which have proven to provide our clients with consistent and timely resolution to their unpaid claims and open AR.

PATIENT COLLECTIONS:
- Old patient balances which have been deemed “uncollectable” can be sent to our third-party collection agency service. The agency utilizes all resources and actions allowed by government regulations to pursue patient balances, including credit bureau reporting.
