ABC's Products & Services are competitively and fairly priced. We offer a low-cost, one-time set up fee for a basic medical billing service and then only charge a percentage of collections after that. For other special product modules and services additional fees may apply. But to keep it simple, here’s how it breaks down:
CONSULTING

Since each consulting assignment is unique to each client, it is unfair to have set prices for each type of assistance. In many cases we are happy to offer suggestions that may benefit you without ever charging you a fee. ABC prefers an open dialogue format where we exchange information necessary to understand what YOUR needs are. From there we can negotiate a fair price and terms, if necessary. BASIC MEDICAL BILLING SERVICE


Includes medical billing (CMS1500 and/or CMS1450/UB 92/04), electronic and paper claim filings, reporting, collections, payment postings, patient statements, and physician access to all activity.
  • One-time Set Up Fee - $99.00 per provider tax-ID
  • 3 Year Agreement for Service – 5.5% of all Collections
  • 2 Year Agreement for Service – 6.5% of all Collections
  • 1 Year Agreement for Service – 7.5% of all Collections
  • Month-to-Month Agreement for Service – 9% of all Collections
